SUBJECT : Memory on NetWare 386
DATE : 6/6/90
OS VERSION : 386 v3.0
REVISION :
SHELL VERSION :
QUESTION : When using NetWare 386 version 3.00 on my Systempro
with 32 Meg of RAM, I have been using a Compaq provided TSR called
"cpq16mb.exe" in order for NetWare 386 to recognize memory over 16 meg. When
version 3.10 comes out, will this still be necessary?
ANSWER : No. Version 3.10 will automatically add all memory
above 16 megabytes on EISA machines. This has been tested all the way to 256
megabytes which is the maximum configuration for the Systempro. The TSR
should no longer be used once version 3.10 is available.
